We need more than 2 sensors, how much are extra bits?
Sensors are charged at £85 per additional sensor, fully fitted. Speak to one of our security consultants to get your alarm system specified correctly for your property.
How long does it take to fit?
Typically installed within half a day.
Do I own the system or is it rented?
Unlike some alarm companies, you own the alarm system outright.
What happens if there's a powercut?
The system has a backup battery which will keep the system alive for upto 8 hours.
What happens if my internet goes down?
The system has a backup SIM to keep you online.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes, 2 years parts and 1 year labour.

Extra cameras start from £150, fully fitted. Speak to one of our security consultants to get your CCTV system specified correctly for your property.
How long does it take to fit?
A standard CCTV installation will be done in a day, complete with app installation and handover.
Do I own the system or is it rented?
You own the CCTV system outright.
What happens if I have a problem after installation?
We over lifetime support over the phone. Most technical problems can be fixed remotely.
What happens if my internet goes down?
The CCTV system will continue recording. Once the internet is back up and running you will be able to connect remotely from your phone and view recordings.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes, 6 years parts and 1 year labour.
